Hello everyone

I notice something on my powerbank so let me ask you everyone

1: does rpi02w over voltage fries?
Enough over 5v will do so. Specificatiohn is 5v+/-5%, which works out to 4.75v to 5.25v. It's...unlikely...that a powrbank would provide enough voltage to fry a Pi unless the powerbank is exceedingly poorly designed and built, such as not showing default behavior for PD supply.
2: does rpi02w under voltage fries?
Undervoltage will not harm the *Pi*. It *might* cause data corruption to the SD card, but the hardware won't be damaged.
3: i have powerbank wich is usb port is a little bit wanky
When i move the charging cable from powerbank it disconnected
Like (5x on, 4x off per seconds) it happens ONLY ONE SECOND BECAUSE I MOVE IT so does it fries rpi02w?
General design is that, if anything fails, it's most likely to be the cable plug, not the socket. However, that also depends on the socket in the powerbank be properly specified and a reasonable quality part used. That said, with enough insertions and removals, the socket will eventually fail.

I'd recommend that you get a new cable. If that doesn't solve the problem, then it's time to get a new (and better quality) powerbank. If this is all part of the same issues you've gone on about in other threads, my recommendation remains: Get a proper USB and a RPL branded PSU. Otherwise you're simply making your own life more difficult than it needs to be.
On 3: you mean i need a new cable so it will not damage the rpi02w?
Maybe. Or maybe you need a new power bank with a tight socket.
