I tried the nmtui without any luck. It timed out on me after appoximately 15 seconds. I do know that the wifi module works because I swapped the sd card with my retropie card and was able to obtain an IP address. I tried to pre-configure the wireless settings with the imager prior to posting here. After digging deeper, I used dmesg | grep brcmfmac to obtain the status of the wireless adapter driver. There is a line here that incidates an error as follows:
[ 17.424584] brcmfmac: brcmf_c_process_txcap_blob: no txcap_blob available (err=-2)
[ 17.425296] brcmfmac: crcmf_c_preinit_dcmds: Firmware: BCM43430/1 w10: Jun 14 2023 07:27:45 version 7.45.96.s1 (gf031a129) FWID 01-70bd2af7 es7
The only thing i could find about this was an driver or firmware issue preventing the wireless adapter from transmitting. Would this error cause this issue. I tried installing a fresh image from the raspberry pi imager and manually setting up the wpa_supplicant.config file. The wpa_supplicant is active when checking the status. Additionally, I disabled automatic time syncronization and manually set the date and time, thinking it was an authentication issue with ntp and the wireless access point. Nothing is working is why i was thinking firmware or driver issues which will only be available when the next update is rolled out for the OS. That is if it is caught in time before the next updates are rolled out.
I am currently running the Raspberry Pi OS lite 64-bit version
I believe I am going to need the internet so I can download specific software for the ADS1115 board to use with python.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance!
