Just incase the MAC address didn't change and it was another pi or something -
DHCP reservation is great, I would still make sure the reservation is outside of the DHCP range.
For example, your router might allow most ip addresses from .2 to .254 to be assigned out. I recommend you make sure the reserved IP is not in the DHCP range.
So for my setup I start from .101 to .254 for my DHCP range. See image:
