what MS5611 board are you using? Some of them have LDO voltage regulators and step down from 5 V supply to 3.3 V. If you're powering from 3.3 V into that LDO, the sensor may not work.
Also, what wiring are you using? I've seen boards with I2C and SPI selector lines on them, and you have to set the right mode
