I have a Beelink N100, a Trigkey N100 (both designed and manufactured by the same company) and two Pi5's one with standard case and one with active cooler.

The fan in the Pi5 active cooler appears to be superior quality to the others judging purely by sound.

Both Beelink and Trigkey higher models (5800H etc) have better fans than their N100 offering.

Electronics wise I don't expect any to die anytime soon, if I was forced to bet I think one of the N100 power supplies will die first.

I did run the Trigkey N100 flat out for more than two weeks, it didn't appear to mind, the Pi5 with active cooler runs flat out 24/7 permanently.

I have Pi4's which have been running flat out 24/7 for years.
