Ok. Then remove the SD card in the Pi in the cabinet. Acquire a new SD card and install Raspberry Pi OS onto it. Install the new SD card in the Pi and power up.I did... they told me to contact Raspburry Pi cause they don't own the operation kf the device.
Now you have a Pi running the standard OS, so you can test if it will connect to your network. It will, but if it doesn't you can now use all the reference material for the Pi to troubleshoot.
Once you have it working, figure out what's wrong with the OS on the original SD card from the cabinet.
