thank you very much for your help, I managed to make my screen display image easily following your guide, the 30 meter ethernet cable I will use is because my drone is a submarine and so far is the best option for communication between both devices.Camera signals are Mipi CSI. Yes, there is an I2C bus as well as some control signal.
An RJ45 has 8 contacts but you will need 15 for CSI.
Still don't undertstand why one would need an ethernet cable on a drone but looks like that works out for you.
additionally, do you know any library that I can easily use in python to take the image from my camera? any that you have used before?
