Raspberry Pi OS • Re: systemd kills all processes? Really? Since when?

All I know is that A) I haven't done anything - haven't called any weird programs or set any weird options or changed any config files and that B) Both screen and tmux work fine (since I use both, all the time, every day). Until today, I'd never even heard of this thing, so it is impossible that I could have done anything to mitigate it.

I also never actually logout - the sense of typing some command that literally contains the words "log" and "out". Connections get dropped - for various (usually network-related) reasons, and I log back in. Is this killer thing supposed to kill on hangups too? It would seem silly if it didn't, but then again, if it didn't, that might explain why it hasn't bitten me yet.

And, finally, note that me and "dickon" don't agree on much, but we certainly agree on this topic...
