Why are you still using buster ?
That means Samba 4.9.5 , which is EOL from the Samba point of view (and Debians).
if I remember correctly, there was a problem with the ldb libs that caused something like this, but this was fixed a long time ago.
I suggest you upgrade to bookworm and use Samba from backports, this will get you the latest Samba version 4.21.2 , can I also point out that you duplicate lines in your smb.conf
