You need to make sure that the venv has been activated in the command line before running your python code.

As for running your code at system start you might want to look at the following:

I'll definitely be taking a look at those links later today, assuming I can get this program to run correctly -- so thank you for those.

The error messages I listed in the post are actually from within the virtual environment in the command line. They actually appear whether the environment is active or not
