That's quite an awesome project! And if you would want to add LAN connection to every cluster node you could certainly use this UGREEN cable. But I'm a bit puzzled why you would want that.

The purpose of a cluster is to act as one unit, combining power of the nodes it harbors.
One LAN connection to the cluster as a whole seems more in line with this cluster notion, LAN connected nodes not so much. But maybe I misunderstand your intention.

In this super cheap cluster

the Zeros are configured in device mode as RNDIS gadgets bridged together over USB by the host. The main effect is not needing a separate switch for the cluster, nor individual Ethernet adapters for each Zero.

Using rpiboot to load the kernel and initial RAM filesystem further eliminates the need for each Zero to have an SD card. Though different, a similar result can be obtained using Ethernet and network boot on the Pi 3, 4 and 5 models. Does a Zero 2 support network boot using the Ugreen Ethernet adapter?
