Troubleshooting • Pi 400 Boot and Keyboard broken after 2 days?

I have been using my Pi 400 without issue since I received it on Thursday the 24th. It's the night of the 26th...
Tonight I turned it on and it did not boot as normal into my SSD (Pi OS lite). It went to the raspberry colored page that it normally will if you have no MicroSD/USB inserted. However it was now saying at the top "Waiting for Network."

The LED doesn't do any of the blinking the STICKY post described, just solid.

If I hit escape it boots into tty as normal. But the keys don't properly work, and in fact some keys cause the cursor to move in odd directions, away from the login prompt without keying anything. This said, it still allowed me to hold Fn+F10 to shut down. I then removed the SSD and inserted the original Pi OS MicroSD. Exact same problem occurred.

The only thing I can possibly think of is that I had wiped it down with a microfiber cloth that was dampened with alcohol while completely disconnected. It sat for a bit after that, and I didn't use a heavy amount. I can't see this having been the issue but it's the only thing that occurred out of the ordinary. I hadn't made any significant changes before this error occured. I think the last thing I'd done was move some things into a newly created luks directory, unmounted and closed it, and shut down.

I was so excited to get this, and so happy with ricing it. And as soon as I finish it does this? Please tell me this is a solvable issue.

Thank You.
