Not sure anyone here can tell you how to fix that.... Best bet would be to allow the Pi to dry out *thoroughly* (such as by putting it in a warm spot with direct sunlight) and only then try powering to to see if the board has recovered. If that doesn't work, either relegate it to tasks that don't need USB ports or just get a new Pi. In the mean time, I suggest that you keep children holding containers of liquids away from anything electrical or electronic.
