Beginners • Help!

I need help and my Forum post is being ignored. I have a RPi 3B with latest software, HDMI connected monitor and keyboard connected. The status LEDs lit, red and green, but nothing is displayed, as if the monitor is not receiving anything from the HDMI port.

Any suggestions please.
