I've pushed another version of that PR. Now it offers these modes:

• 544x380i (for System A with 405 lines), more or less stable
• 848x738i (for System E with 819 lines), still experimental

That should be the French version of 819 lines. I don't know if it will work. I hope it doesn't blow anything up. The pixel aspect ratio for the 819-line mode is not perfect -- things might look a bit stretchy -- but it's the best I can do without major changes to the clocking scheme.

Before updating you should probably configure everything back to a 625-line mode (e.g. 704x512i). Otherwise it might default to NTSC which you may find inconvenient.
